Like  many Floridians, Steven is a midwesterner whose life led him to the warmer waters of Florida. A native of Chicago, Steven earned his BSN from St. Xavier University in his hometown before obtaining his Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Wolford College in Naples, Florida.

Steven moved to Sarasota in 2014 to join the stellar anesthesia team at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and was elected the youngest Chief of his unit in 2016. He expanded his business by starting a private practice, working with local dentists and oral surgeons to grow and enhance their in-office services. His high standard for care has allowed him to swiftly grow his business, offering assistance to multiple dental professionals in Sarasota, Manatee, Collier, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties.

Steven has accomplished a lifelong goal in March of 2019 when he commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. He takes great pride being able to serve our country by treating and training its Soldiers. A lifelong health & fitness enthusiast, Steven played college football and has been a weightlifter for many years.  He enjoys training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fishing, and chasing around his three active young boys.

Having Steve be a part of my team has allowed me to provide better service to my patients. He is always prepared, thorough, and professional and is steadfast in crisis. I wouldn’t do surgery without him.
